Sunbathing

Even the birds like catching some rays.  Maybe, especially the birds.  This one found himself perched on a cattail  and had the 9 am sun beating on him.

    Oh-h-h, I love it!! He isn't stretched out to catch the sun; he's trying to catch the eye of another blackbird. Big contest in the spring!
